Return Process

Log in to your WishCare account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team via email with your order ID.
- 2.Quality Check Verification
Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all seals intact; for damaged items, please upload clear photos of the outer packaging and the product itself.
- 3.Package Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will schedule a free reverse pickup from your address within 2-3 business days through our trusted courier partners.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
